កម្មវត្ថុ៖ ករណីរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីលទ្ធផលនៃការចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីឌីជីថលអាស៊ានលើកទី៤ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំ ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាមួយដៃគូសន្ទនានៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១-២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ និងសំណើគោរព សុំគោលការណ៍លើការងារបន្ត។

សេចក្តីដូចមានចែងក្នុងកម្មវត្ថុនិងយោងខាងលើ ទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសូមជម្រាបជូន ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ជ្រាបថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលសូមអបអរសាទរ ចំពោះជោគជ័យទទួលបានមេដាយមាស នៃកម្មវិធី “ផ្ទាលផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ឯកសារ verify.gov.kh” និងឯកភាពលើសំណើសម្រាប់ការងារបន្ត ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. បង្កើតក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ តាមដាន និងស្រាវជ្រាវលើបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត និងជាតំណាងកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការបំពេញការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីឌីជីថលអាស៊ាន។

២. សហការជាមួយប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ាន ឬប្រទេសដៃគូផ្សេងទៀត ដែលមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ ប្រើប្រាស់ “ផ្ទាលផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ឯកសារ verify.gov.kh” នៅក្នុងប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួន និងអាចឈានទៅដល់ការប្រើប្រាស់ ជាប្រព័ន្ធរួមនៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ានទាំងមូល។

Subject: Regarding the report on the outcomes of the 4th ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting and
related meetings with dialogue partners held in Singapore on 1–2 February 2024 and
requests for approval on further work.

With respect to the subject and references above, the Office of the Council of Ministers would like to inform Excellency Minister that the Royal Government offers congratulations on the success of the Gold Medal being awarded to the application “Document Verification Platform,
verify.gov.kh” and approves the requests on further work as follows:

1. Establish a technical working group to examine, monitor, and study artificial intelligence technology and represent Cambodia in AI-related work within the framework of ASEAN Digital Ministers.
2. Collaborate with ASEAN member states or other partner countries interested in using the “Document Verification Platform, verify.gov.kh” in their respective countries and could potentially lead to its adoption as a common platform across the entire ASEAN region.
