រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ – នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ (ក.ប.ទ.) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីស្តង់ដារបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) សម្រាប់បង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពវិស័យទូរគមនាគមន៍/បច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍និងព័ត៌មាន (ICT) នៅសណ្ឋាគារសាន់អេនម៉ូន រីវើសាយ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សមាជិក សមាជិកា ស្ថាប័ន ក្រសួង ក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន ក្រុមការងារសហភាពទូរគមនាគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ (ITU) ព្រមទាំងអ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍និងព័ត៌មាន។
ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៣ រួមមាន៖ (១) ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងចំណេះដឹងដល់មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗដែលកំពុងធ្វើការលើវិស័យទូរគមនាគមន៍ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍និងព័ត៌មាន និង
បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងប្រសិទ្ធផលក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារ និងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ (២) គាំទ្រដល់ការរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលរបស់វិស័យទូរគមនាគមន៍/បច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍និងព័ត៌មាន (ICT) និងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ី (៣) បំពេញគម្លាតស្តង់ដាររវាងប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI)។
សូមជម្រាបជូនថា ដើម្បីឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមបានយល់ដឹង និងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ សិក្ខាសាលាបានបែងចែកជា៣ថ្ងៃគឺ៖ ថ្ងៃទី១ ផ្តោតលើការណែនាំអំពី ITU និង ITU-T កម្មវិធីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) និងដំណើរការស្តង់ដារ ដើម្បីផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងមូលដ្ឋាន និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពក្រុម។ ថ្ងៃទី២ នឹងគ្របដណ្តប់អំពីស្តង់ដារ និងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនៃ AI តាមរយៈ Role-play exercise ការសិក្សាឧទាហរណ៍គំរូពីប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់ និងវគ្គ Innovation Café ដើម្បីបណ្តុះគំនិតដំណោះស្រាយក្នុងការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល។ ថ្ងៃទី៣ នឹងមានការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីនវានុវត្តន៍ និងការវាយតម្លៃចំណេះដឹងលើប្រធានបទដែលបានលើកឡើងក្នុងកម្មវិធីទាំង៣ថ្ងៃ។
Secretary of State Sok Puthyvuth Presided Over the National Workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Standards for increasing the efficiency of telecommunications/information and communication technology (ICT)

Phnom Penh – On the morning of October 08, 2025, H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over a national workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for increasing the efficiency of telecommunications/information and communication technology (ICT) at Sun and Moon Riverside Hotel. The workshop was attended by Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, leaders, members of institutions, ministries, private companies, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) working group, as well as experts in artificial intelligence and information and communication technology.
In his remarks, H.E. Secretary of State stated that this workshop was organized with three main objectives: (1) To strengthen the capacity and knowledge of government officials and key stakeholders working in the telecommunications, information and communication technology, and digital technology sectors to increase efficiency and effectiveness in work implementation and public service delivery (2) To support developing telecommunications/ICTs’ digital transformation strategies and the enabling ecosystem (3) To bridge the standardization gap between developed and developing countries, particularly focusing on AI.
It is worth noting that in order to ensure participants gain understanding and actively participate in this training course, the workshop has been divided into three days: Day 1 focuses on introducing ITU and ITU-T, AI programs, and the standardization process to provide foundational knowledge and preparation for group activities. Day 2 will cover practical implementation of AI and standards through role-play exercises, case studies of regional country models, and an Innovation Café session to develop solution ideas for digital transformation. Day 3 will feature presentations on innovative ideas, role-play exercises, and knowledge assessment on topics raised throughout the three-day program.
