រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម កែវ សុទ្ធិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានជួបប្រជុំទ្វេភាគីជាមួយតំណាងក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តមវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត ម៉ៅ តាន់អ៊ាង អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល ដើម្បីពិភាក្សានិងស្នើសុំផ្តល់ធាតុចូលលើសេចក្តីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជាតិស្តីពីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍។

នារសៀលថ្ងៃដដែលនេះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានបន្តជួបប្រជុំជាមួយតំណាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ចែម រ៉ាណែល អគ្គនាយករងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍។

ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំទាំងពីរ ក្រុមការងារក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានជម្រាបជូនតំណាងក្រសួងទាំងពីរអំពីមូលហេតុនិងសាវតារនៃការរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិនេះ ព្រមទាំងបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីខ្លឹមសារសេចក្ដីព្រាងជូនតំណាងក្រសួង។

តំណាងក្រសួងទាំងពីរបានគាំទ្រការរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិនេះ និងបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនអំពីអាទិភាពតាមវិស័យនិងសក្ដានុពលនៃការប្រើប្រាស់បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតនៅតាមវិស័យរៀងៗខ្លួន។ តំណាងក្រសួងនិងពិភាក្សាបន្តផ្ទៃក្នុងក្រសួង ហើយនឹងផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរមកក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យសេចក្តីព្រាងនេះកាន់តែមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយនិងទិសដៅកាន់តែច្បាស់លាស់សម្រាប់ប្រែក្លាយចក្ខុវិស័យជាការពិតនិងកសាងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតដ៏រស់រវើក សំដៅចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមកម្ពុជា។

His Excellency Keo Sothie holds Bilateral Meetings with Representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism to Consult on the Draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy

Phnom Penh: On the morning of 9 May 2025, His Excellency Keo Sothie, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, held a bilateral meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Health, led by His Excellency Dr. Mao Tan Eang, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Health, to discuss and seek input on the draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.

In the afternoon of the same day, His Excellency, the Secretary of State, continued with a meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Tourism, led by Mr. Chem Ranel, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Tourism.

During the meetings, the working group from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications briefed the representatives of the two ministries on the rationale and background of formulating the draft strategy and presented the content of the draft for their review.

The representatives from both ministries expressed support for the development of the draft national strategy and provided valuable information on sectoral priorities and the potential of artificial intelligence applications within their respective sectors. They will continue internal discussions within their ministries and submit written input to the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. This will help further refine the draft, making it more comprehensive with clearer directions to realize the vision and build a vibrant AI ecosystem that contributes to Cambodia’s economic and social development.
