រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម កែវ សុទ្ធិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សានិងស្នើសុំធាតុចូលលើសេចក្តីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជាតិស្តីពីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត ដែលមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្តីមកពីក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នចំនួន១២ សរុប៣៨រូប។
នារសៀលថ្ងៃដដែលនេះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានបន្តដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន១៣ ផ្សេងទៀត ដែលមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤៥រូប។
ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំទាំងពីរ ក្រុមការងារក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានជម្រាបជូនតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធអំពីមូលហេតុនិងសាវតារនៃការរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិនេះ ព្រមទាំងបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីខ្លឹមសារសេចក្ដីព្រាងជូនតំណាងក្រសួង។
តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នបានសម្ដែងមតិគាំទ្រការរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិនេះ និងបានលើកយោបល់អំពីកិច្ចការអាទិភាពនិងសក្ដានុពលនៃការប្រើប្រាស់បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតនៅតាមវិស័យរៀងៗខ្លួន។ ទន្ទឹមនេះ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នបានផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលល្អៗជាច្រើនដែលក្រុមការងារក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍បានទទួលយកទៅពិចារណាដើម្បីរៀបចំកែសម្រួលសេចក្ដីព្រាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិ។ ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ននឹងផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរមកក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យសេចក្តីព្រាងនេះកាន់តែមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយនិងទិសដៅកាន់តែច្បាស់លាស់សម្រាប់ការប្រើប្រាស់បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតប្រកបដោយការគិតគូរជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងការកសាងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតដ៏រស់រវើក សំដៅចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមកម្ពុជា។

His Excellency Secretary of State Keo Sothie Chairs Consultation Meetings with Ministries and Institutions on the Draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy

Phnom Penh: On the morning of 13 May 2025, His Excellency Keo Sothie, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, chaired a consultation meeting with representatives from relevant ministries and institutions to discuss and gather input on the draft National Artificial Intelligence Strategy. The meeting was attended by 38 participants, including leaders and officials from 12 ministries and institutions.
In the afternoon of the same day, His Excellency continued to lead another consultation meeting with representatives from 13 additional ministries and institutions, with a total of 45 participants.
During both meetings, the working group of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications presented to the representatives the background and rationale behind the formulation of the draft national strategy, as well as the key contents of the draft.
Representatives from ministries and institutions expressed their support for the development of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy and provided suggestions regarding priority actions and the potential of AI adoption in their respective sectors. In addition, they offered valuable input, which the working group will take into consideration for refining the draft strategy. The ministries and institutions will also submit written inputs to the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to further improve the draft, making it more comprehensive with clearer directions for strategic adoption of AI and building a vibrant AI ecosystem that contributes to Cambodia’s socio-economic development.
